A Forest Adventure

Hi everyone! Today my friends Felicity and Elizabeth are going to be posting about their adventure in the woods. Hope you enjoy!
  Hello! It`s Felicity and Elizabeth! Today was really nice out, so we decided to go to the woods behind my house with my (Felicity`s) horses Penny and Patriot. 

       Once we got there, we decided to find a shady spot.

Then we stopped to play tag in the meadow while Penny and Patriot chased each other for fun!

Right by the meadow we found the perfect spot under a tree.

Once I tied the horses up we opened the lunch sack to eat. We had cheese lasagna, cinnamon bread, apples, and water. Yummy!

Then we dug for buried items. sometimes we've found stuff, and sometimes we haven't. Maybe we'll find something this time!

                                            I dug first. What's that piece of silver sticking out...
                                                    Wow, a pretty, silver old mirror!

I dug second. Is that a rock...?

                               Way better than a rock- a very old statue of a tiki! I wonder who left it here...Indians?

Elizabeth and I shared stories about how we thought the statue got there.

We had fun climbing trees. I went to one of the highest branches!

I don't really like to climb very high, but from where I was I got a great view of the forest!

Finally it was time to go home. We had so much fun today!

Lemonade Anyone?

Hi friends! Today me and my friend Mia made a lemonade stand since the weather was nice. We had lots of fun, and the lemonade was so good! Here`s our stand

                                        We made this sign to bring people to our stand.

                                         Chocolate chip and Oreo cookies, yum! 3 for $1.00!

                                         Cold pink lemonade, small and large cups.

                                                We have our first customer-Jess!

                                   Jess got 3 cookies and a small glass of pink lemonade.

                                                   Jess loved the sweet treats!

                                            Ooh yay, Mia spots another customer! It`s Anne!

                                       She got 4 cookies and a large glass of pink lemonade.

 We decided to pack up after 3 hours. We made &35.00, and split it between us! Then we got to finish the rest of our tasty treats. So good!

                                                                      Time to go!

Summer Roller Skating Adventure

Hi friends! 2 weeks ago I got out for summer break, yay! Me and my friend Marisol decided to go rollerskating in our neighborhood to celebrate summer.

Easter Sunday

Hello friends!  March 31st was Easter Sunday.  We celebrate Jesus forgiving us from sin, and... "He is risen!"  To celebrate, I colored Easter eggs Saturday night.

                                On Easter morning, I got an Easter present- chocolate bunny!

                                        Then, some of my friends came over for an Easter egg hunt.

Chrissa wins for finding the most eggs, so she gets a cupcake!  Everyone got a chocolate egg for doing the egg hunt.

Irish Friends

Hi everyone!  Did you know that my friend Nellie O`Malley and I are Irish?  That`s why we decided to invite Samantha and Jess over to my house for St. Patrick`s Day and have Shamrock shakes.  We all wore green, since we`re all a little Irish.

Valentine`s Party

Hello everyone!  On Valentine`s day a while ago, my friends and I had so much fun!  It was a half-day of school, so we decided to have a Valentine`s party at my house.  Here I am in my pink Valentine`s dress.

 

First we gathered around in a circle to exchange our hand-made Valentines to each other.

Then, we went to the kitchen to have some Valentine`s Day snacks.
